Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a yacht charter or water-sports experience with us.

1. About Us

Dubai Yacht Jetski is a brand operated by Nova Vista Tourism L.L.C ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), a tourism company licensed in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including yacht charters, jet skis, water sports, and cruise experiences.

By booking with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount and receipt of a written confirmation from us.
  • The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all members of the party.
  • Accurate information — including names, contact details, and ID where required — must be provided at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of optional add-ons such as catering, decoration, or extra hours.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods listed at checkout.
  • The Company reserves the right to update prices at any time; the price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure: full refund minus any payment-processing fees.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows: no refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • If the Company cancels a charter due to weather, mechanical issues, or operational reasons, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Weather & Sea Conditions

The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. The captain has sole authority to delay, alter, shorten, or cancel a trip due to weather, sea conditions, or any safety concern. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the experience at no extra cost or, where rescheduling is not possible, refund the affected portion.

6. Conduct on Board

  • Guests must follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Vapes follow the same rule.
  • Alcohol may be consumed responsibly on board only by guests aged 21 or above. Public intoxication, drug use, or behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated.
  • Loud music must comply with UAE Marina regulations and may be restricted in certain zones or hours.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a charter without refund if guests behave dangerously, illegally, or contrary to UAE law.

7. Safety

  • Life jackets are provided and must be worn by children under 12 and non-swimmers at all times on deck.
  • Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, back/neck problems, or recent surgeries should consult a doctor before booking water-sports activities such as jet ski, flyboard, banana boat, or donut rides.
  • Participation in water sports is at the guest's own risk; a liability waiver may be required prior to participation.

8. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or third-party property as a result of their negligence or misconduct.
  • The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking.

9. Late Arrival

Charter durations begin at the scheduled departure time. If guests arrive late, the trip end time will not be extended, and the additional time will be considered forfeited. Repeated late arrival exceeding 30 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.

10. Photography & Marketing

The Company may take photographs or video during your experience for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in our promotional content, please notify the captain or crew at the start of the trip.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Nova Vista Tourism L.L.C or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
